Information for Speakers

The preferred format of your presentation is Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF.

If you want or you are obligated to use other formats (for example Open Document
Format), please let us know early enough. If we will not have the ability to run your
presentation, you have to convert it into PowerPoint or PDF format or you have to
use your own device.

Using of own laptop for the presentation is possible but not recommended.

Right before your session (approx. 20 min., during Coffee Break) you should contact
the technical staff in the session.

Please provide your presentation on CD or USB stick. It will be copied to the
presentation PC. You will also have an opportunity to check your presentation. If
you want to use your own laptop, please let us before the session starts. In addition,
in this case, you may want to check if your laptop works properly with the projector.
